Start with one
useful piece of work.

We’ll agree on what you want to accomplish, choose the right kind of support, and work with your real tasks.

Tell me what you’re working on, what you’ve tried, and what you want to change. We’ll decide whether coaching, implementation, or a mix would help.

You don’t need a technical brief to start.

Define the outcome, scope, fees, and responsibilities before work begins. For a build, agree on what needs to be tested and who will use it.

The scope may be a focused session or a larger project.

Work with real examples. Review outputs and test the result against the task. For business projects, involve the people who will use it.

Keep human review and data handling part of the work.

Wrap up with the examples, instructions, or documentation needed to keep going. Decide together whether follow-up support would be useful.

Coaching and project work need different scopes. We’ll agree on fees and what’s included before you commit.

We’ll identify any accounts, subscriptions, or access needed for the work, including any separate costs.

Use sample or redacted material to start. For integrations, agree on data access and approval points before connecting systems.
